"To people considering Sandrine as their
realtor: I considered two realtors when I
decided to sell my three family house near
Davis Square. I picked Sandrine because I
immediately trusted her sense of the market,
her grasp of what I did and did not want, and
my sense that a relationship with her through
this process would not only be productive but
enjoyable, which I cared about. Having lived
in my "starter" house for 39 years (!) I had
never sold a house before and had no notion
of what to expect.
Sandrine presented me with a thorough and
thoughtful market analysis and a plan which
made sense. I did not want to sell to a
developer and I also did not want to do a gut
rehab myself. My idea was to sell the units
"as is" at reasonable prices, and have the
buyers make the improvements they wanted
to make. Sandrine was willing to undertake
this seemingly unconventional approach to
selling my property which resulted in three
sales at prices I was happy with. Along the
way, she recommended what needed to be
done to market the units, found contractors,
managed showings with tenants, and
delivered serious buyers quickly.
In all, I would say that this selling process
was particularly complex and demanding of a
realtor's time and energy and that she totally
delivered.
